Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the location is truly stunning, right by the beautiful beach. The rooms offered a nice view of the reef, which I enjoyed, but they could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay pleasant. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired, with some meals not being restocked towards the end of service. Overall, it’s a lovely spot, but there’s room for improvement in a few areas.
The hotel has a stunning location just steps from the beach, where I witnessed some breathtaking sunrises and enjoyed spectacular wildlife. The rooms were spacious and had an amazing view, but the wet floors were a bit of a letdown. The service was friendly, especially from Rachael, who was a fantastic guide for the nature walks. Dining, however, could use more variety, especially for dinners, as it often felt repetitive. Overall, it’s a great spot for family fun in a beautiful part of the QLD coast.
I had a great time at this hotel, especially with its stunning view of the reef through the trees. The service was friendly, although the staff seemed a bit frazzled at times. The location is perfect for snorkeling and diving adventures, but the room needed a bit more attention to cleanliness. Overall, it was a memorable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall. The location is amazing, right by the beach, and I loved the comfort of the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining options felt a bit repetitive, and I think they could improve that. The facilities were great, but a little better management could really enhance the experience.
The hotel boasts a stunning location with fantastic wildlife and crystal clear waters perfect for snorkeling. The rooms are comfortable for a family of four, but they do show some age, which was slightly disappointing. The service staff is incredibly helpful, but there were moments that left me uneasy about their handling of nature. Overall, I'd say it offers great value for money, especially considering the incredible experiences available right outside the door.
